All orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Each item will be sent separately. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping method you select during checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (US orders)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (US orders)
- We do not ship internationally at this time

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order total, shipping method, and delivery location. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75
- Expedited Shipping Fees: Additional fees apply based on the selected shipping method.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to the United States
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO addresses) at this time.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, sometimes things may go wrong. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at madebymakk@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you with filing a claim or resolving the issue.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
