What does having freedom in Christ look like?
Freedom in Christ looks like one day struggling with something and the next day being completely delivered.
It looks like laying down your idols, wants, desires, and saying Lord, even if you don't give me this. I will still worship you. I will still serve you and love you because you are more than the things that i desire.
Freedom in Christ looks like being set free so they you can set others free.
“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” Galatians 5:1 NIV
🗡️ Gal 5 tells us that there is freedom in Christ and if we stand firm in him, WE SHOULD NOT BURDEN OURSELVES WITH THE YOKE THAT KEPT US BOND.
🗡️ Why continue to run back to the Old things that you told the Lord, I will do them no more.
Here’s a reminder to not allow the words or actions of us to move you out of that place of FREEDOM.
“You were running a good race. Who cut in on you to keep you from obeying the truth? That kind of persuasion does not come from the one who calls you.”Galatians 5:7-8 NIV
